Lisa C. Williams is a highly accomplished marketing professional with over 25 years of industry experience. As the current President of Redline Construction Group, she has successfully assisted hundreds of business owners in enhancing their profiles through credibility campaigns and media features in prominent outlets like ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX affiliates.
With over 20 years of real estate experience, Lisa has owned multiple investment properties and built two homes in Georgia from the ground up. Formerly a mortgage planner for traditional loans, she assisted families in upgrading their lifestyles and achieving their homeownership dreams. Currently, Lisa is leveraging her extensive expertise in both business and real estate to deliver exceptional results for her clients.
In her free time, you can find Lisa touring million-dollar homes with her family, shooting pool, and relaxing in the jacuzzi. Her diverse background and unwavering passion make her an invaluable asset to her clients and the industry as a whole.
Hello, my name is Alex, and I hail from East Atlanta. I graduated as salutatorian from Maynard Holbrook Jackson High School and later earned my degree from Stetson University in Florida.
My journey in construction began full-time in 2020, amidst the pandemic. This was built on a foundation of prior experience I gained while attending high school. I swiftly progressed to supervising a summer youth program, which focuses on assisting elderly widowed women with home improvement projects.
Construction has always been my passion; it feels natural to me, and I revel in the act of building. Witnessing the transformation of spaces and the joy it brings to our clients is immensely satisfying. Over time, my skill set has expanded significantly, enabling me to manage projects independently with confidence.

Hi, I'm Dee, a passionate and creative commercial/residential designer based in Santa Clarita, CA. With a keen eye for detail and a love for all things construction design, I specialize in crafting unique and visually stunning designs that leave a lasting impression.
Over the past 20 years, I've had the privilege of working with a diverse range of high-end clients, from emerging brands to established companies, including Sony Pictures, Black Girls Rock, Grammy Awards, Soul Train Awards, Nintendo of America, Ignited Minds, Sony PlayStation, and the Presidential Debates.
When I'm not immersed in the world of commercial design, you can find me hanging out with my 16-year-old, playing volleyball and cheering as a mom. I believe that inspiration can be found everywhere, even in the smallest of details. I constantly seek to expand my craft and satisfy the most discerning clients.

Henry Gilkey is a seasoned professional with over 30 years of experience in commercial and tenant improvements. With a proven track record in managing a 167-acre property consisting of 16 commercial buildings, Henry possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in Building & Facilities Services for landlords and tenants. His area of specialization includes building repair, renovation, and remodeling, catering to the unique needs of different tenants.
Henry's key strength lies in his extensive network of subcontractors and his proficient management of bids and contracts. He possesses a meticulous eye for code compliance and cost analysis, ensuring projects are executed efficiently within budget. Over the past six years, Henry has consistently delivered projects under budget, even during the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with industry giants such as Turner Construction and CBRE, refining his project management and logistics skills.
Henry is known for going above and beyond to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional service to tenants, subcontractors, and other construction companies. He holds a General Contractors B license and serves as the CEO of Redline Construction, providing bundled services across multiple trades. Henry's commitment to excellence has made him a trusted partner for construction companies and a valuable asset to any project.
